Best Smoothie Recipe
Did you know that by adding freshly juiced juices and well constructed smoothies to your diet you can improve your mood, energy levels, and even brain function?
Today during our ‘Health & Wellness” Segment, I talked about juicing and dished about my favorite smoothie recipe.
Try this smoothie recipe for breakfast, right after a workout, or right before a light lunch. I usually make it before work and pack it in a thermos then drink it slowly while I work my way towards a late lunch.
